“Day of” Coordination

The weeks leading up to your wedding can be the most exciting—and most stressful—part of your journey. If you’re realizing that managing all the logistics on your big day might be too much for you or a family member, this package is designed for you. With all your plans set, you deserve someone who can step in on the “day of” to handle the vendors, timeline, wedding party, and all those small details, so you and your loved ones can fully enjoy every moment. Starting 30 days before your wedding, we’ll meet to review your plans, bridal party details, and a list of vendors. Together, we’ll create a comprehensive timeline that anticipates potential issues and ensures everything flows smoothly. On the day itself, I’ll coordinate with each vendor, guide them to their places, and oversee every aspect of your impeccable day!

Before the Wedding Day:


  • Initial Consultation:
    • Meet with you to gather all necessary information and understand your vision.
  • Timeline Assistance:
    • Review and assist with the wedding day timeline for the bridal party and vendors.
    • Develop and manage a detailed timeline for the day.
  • Vendor Coordination:
    • Conduct a final meeting with all vendors.
    • Confirm all vendor arrangements one week before the wedding.
  • Rehearsal Coordination:
    • Provide 1-hour coordination of the wedding rehearsal.
  • Planning Support:
    • Assist with creating the floor plan.
    • Provide comprehensive wedding checklists to ensure nothing is missed.
  • Emergency Preparedness:
    • Prepare a Bridal Party Emergency Kit for any unforeseen needs.

On the Wedding Day (8-10 Hours of On-Site Coordination):


  • Ceremony Management:
    • Oversee the setup of the ceremony space.
    • Confirm that all decorations and details are in place.
    • Ensure the marriage license and rings are present and secure them after the ceremony.
    • Instruct ushers on family seating and timing.
    • Cue the wedding party, family, and musicians during the ceremony.
  • Guest Services:
    • Greet guests at the reception.
    • Provide directions and answer any questions.
  • Reception Coordination:
    • Coordinate the bridal party entry and lineup for announcements.
    • Maintain and manage the evening's agenda and timeline (toasts, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.).
    • Cue the bride and groom, bridal party, and parents for special events.
  • VIP Services:
    • Offer personalized attention to the bride and groom throughout the day.
  • Emergency Handling:
    • Manage any last-minute emergencies promptly and discreetly.

End-of-Day Services:


  • Grand Exit Coordination:
  • Organize and coordinate your grand exit.
  • Item Management:
  • Arrange for gifts and ceremony/reception items to be moved to a designated car.
  • Vendor Relations:
  • Deliver final payments and tips to vendors on your behalf.
